Every patient who approaches the hospital is registered on a user friendly registration form that captures complete patient information and is given a unique registration number. Front desk is linked to all important departments of the hospital and also functions as the center of communication to respond to all enquiries by patients. Additionally all billing activities are performed at front desk on simple to use formats. Some activities process by front desk as Patient registration, Appointment scheduling ,Online Appointments, Billing and Invoicing, enquiries etc.

OPD Registration When a patient comes to the reception desk, A new registration number is automatically Allotted to him. His personal details like Name, Age, Sex, Address etc. and the services desired are feeded into the software.OPD Billing / Collection Billing of all OPD patients with complete details of Patient Information, Services provided like Consultation, Laboratory, X-ray, Ultrasound, Medicines, Procedures etc. along with Payment details.

IPD registration When a patient comes to the reception desk for admission, A Separate new registration number is automatically allotted to him. His personal details along with the details of Admission, Room, Consultant, Surgeon, Diet, etc. and the Advance Payment made are fed into the software. The Software will record all this information and print the related documents. IPD Billing On-line billing of all IPD patients with details of Patient Information, Services provided on daily basis like Room rent, Operation, Delivery, Oxygen & Other Gases, Consultation, Nursing Charges, Laboratory tests, X-ray, Ultrasound, Medicines, Procedures etc.

Radiology services provides integrated and comprehensive facilities for the radiology Department, it includes work List Result Reporting, Film Consumption, Radiology Inventory etc, and Covers both Inpatient and outpatient. It has a comprehensive MIS reports. It shows the status of the tests, test results, report generation of the test results.

The Report module is a fundamental module of HealthDesk OnDemand which generates numerous reports that includes Frontdesk details, Patient registrations, Patient admissions, Doctors, Nurses & wards reports and many more. All modules and the desired reports can be generates according to the required users.

Access right at module and function level allow for control and accountability. i) Create Users: You can be create users by the software. ii) Users Group: It can be uses among a group of employees in a single time. iii) Users Right: Administration allows an admin to have full control on delegation of authority to the various employees so that their domain of operation may be restricted to their own department only. No employee is able to see/edit/modify the information that is not pertinent to his/her role in the organization.
